Summer Institute 2023 - June 20-August 4

Individual or collaborative learning
Flexible meeting options
10-hour cap for payment ($40/hour) with some exceptions (e.g. PD Steering Committee)
Products turned in after August 4 - not eligible for timely payment

Proposals due by close of school on June 7 (TeachPoint)

Product Requirements:

Consult with Curriculum Leader and/or Principal to ensure alignment to District Strategy and School Improvement Plan(s)
Go above and beyond the typical teacher's reponsibilities
Completed outside of contractual hours
All curriculum work needs to be reflected in Atlas where applicable (e.g. Atlas units, Google Doc linked to Atlas)
Submit proposal as individuals (even if working on a team) - this is how we track payment

Approval and Submission Process

Assuming all individuals (even if working on a team) submitted a proposal, it will trigger the following:

Approval queue consisting of Curriculum Leaders (if applicable), Principal, and the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning
In order to receive PDPs and timely payment (check date 8/24), final products must be submitted by August 4 via this Google form (if already reflected in Atlas, may just designate so on form "see Atlas")
